I worked in Nesma water &Energy at HR department as a COOP-Training after graduating from college. I have done many task on this department such as; document a new contract for every new employee, Time sheet for breakfast in Ramadan, Filling in archive, Leaves, Final settlement, Present on meeting and Present on interview.
During 3 month training in Nesma water & Energy Company, I collected a lot of information related to Nesma water and energy system. After that, I analyzed that system depending on what I learnt in my college. Based on the analyzed, I found some weaknesses on that system. The company secretary was deal manually and I decided to create secretary system.
The secretary system should have some characteristic. First, the company needs to record each appointment within time and date. Second, the company needs to call their employee by sending one email. Third, the company needs to record each item entry or exit from the store and the employees who’s talking about that item.
Finally, I made database which can support that company system by using access Microsoft program. And this system will support Nesma water and energy system.
