• Responsible for all purchasing activities of pharmaceutical materials from local suppliers;
• Review and evaluate vendor/supplier contracts for compliance and performance;
• Review and analyze the cost of all offers. Select the best offer;
• Take the ownership of the purchase order from the beginning to the end and monitor the progress closely for accuracy and timely deliver;
• Implement and complete performance evaluation for suppliers and vendors;
• Prepare and report the approved suppliers and vendors list with the cost analysis;
• Negotiate the contracts, terms of payments, shipments, purchase agreement;
• Follow up and handle all procedures with financial department, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs, warehouses, and quality control;
• Solve any problems and take the corrective action in case of any conflicts or violation of any international law or regulations;
• Work very closely with the planning department to start the purchase of the needed materials;
• Develop a monthly and annual report for the procurement progress,
