• Supervised a team of 12 that included subcontractor and client personnel in the deployment of the new national ID system to more than 70 user sites around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Coordinated with mid-level management at the Ministry of Interior and Logica's support team extensively during the planning and deployment phases to ensure a
smooth rollout of the system.
• Managed the relationship with the subcontractor and ensured that all contractual obligations were fulfilled.
• Analysed and proposed required changes to the National ID System in Saudi Arabia. The changes would increase the efficiency and enhance the user experience of the system.
• Examined the organisational structure of a division proposing new structure including a compensation scheme aligned
with proposed IT Strategy as part of an IT Strategy & Change Management Consultancy project for a major public
sector institute in Kuwait.
• Monitored and reported the progress of a $6 million ATM Switch Replacement project in a top bank in Kuwait.
• Audited & reconciled a $23 million Core Systems Replacement project in a top bank in Kuwait.
• Implemented and trained several banks in Saudi Arabia on the use of an EMV compliant central bank payment network switch simulator.
• Managed the relationship between Logica and a bank in the UAE where we successfully implemented a disaster recovery solution to ensure the high availability of the bank's ATM Switch.
