Job Title: Project Manager
Responsibilities:
• Mechanical Commissioning Activities Zohr Development Project PortSaid (Feb. 2018 till Present)
• Clients: ENI-PETROBEL-PETROJET
• Responsible For all projects for Oil & Gas BU:
• Coordination Work for the company Engineering Projects.
• Revising and controlling our Manpower and their performance in site,
• As well as the tools and equipment supplied to the client,
• Project Cost control and estimation,
• Activity follow up
• Documentation revision
• Planning and monitoring the project
• monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
• Training and development of our Manpower to keep updated with all quality standards
• Weekly meeting in site with all stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and needs
• Participating in preparation of offers for the received Tenders.

Title: Tetra Pak Maintenance Section Head
(Maintenance and Projects)
Responsible For: All Tetra Pak Filling machines and their distribution equipment (Tetra Pak A3 Speed filling machine, TBA9, TBA19, TBA8 and DE distribution equipment (tray-cardboard packer 70, 30-tetra cap applicator 47 - straw applicator tubex 9001 and applicator 21+30-shrink 55-shrink semipack-tetra helix 30).
Ensure Production Performance and the Machines efficiency.
Responsible of the maintenance team and their performance.
Responsible for 30 operators and their supervisor.
Responsible of keeping the desired efficiency of the lines.
Responsible for increasing the efficiency of the production lines with minimum cost.
Maintenance technical training for Tetra pak A3 Speed filling machine (certified)
- Working in the Maintenance of the production line filling machines, and their lines and all the equipment related to the production line for Juice and milk production.
- Repairing and fixing any troubleshoots or mal function occurred during the production process.
- Managing technicians and operators who responsible of operating and maintenance the production machines.
- Maintain safety regulations during the operation.
- Cooperating with the production and quality control department regarding orders and quality standards.
- Follow the process of packaging from the beginning till the final product.
- Follow the quality and standards of the company.
- Plane the maintenance schedule for the process.
- Contacting local suppliers for spare parts and follow procedures at their workshops.
- Train the operators, technicians, and junior engineers.

Title: Project Engineer and Business Development representative for Egypt.
Responsible For:
- All the incoming projects to the company starting from the offer received, tendering phase to the award to the execution finally to the testing & Commissioning.
- Preparation of all offers (Commercial&Technical) to be submitted as per RFQs.
- Working in the business unit process plants (Chemical Injection skids, tanks & pressure vessels EPC contracting)
- Trained at Italy on the overall projects related to the company, also on the Procurement of all the Platform systems for (NORTH ABU QIR PLATFORM), also the mounting Skids.
- Trained on Preparation of the Manuals Start up, Pre commissioning and commissioning, Factory acceptance tests, Site acceptance tests, Spare Part lists and Test run for the packages and Skids.
- Working on the Mechanical part of any project Awarded
- Working in FAT (Factory acceptance test) in site.
- Working on Projects related to GPC - ENPPI (Amer 8 Platform-Chemical Injection Skid) Tender Awarded
- Attending technical meetings with clients.

- Participate in offers preparation for mechanical parts procedures.

- Supporting Rosetti Marino in their project related to the Egyptian market
- Following the custom clearance procedures for the imported equipment
- Worked for Rosetti Projects in Italy for 2 months in 2012 (January& February) in Ravenna for assisting in preparation of some proposals (drawing P&IDs regarding some offers, etc..).
