 Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
 Reviewing all the financial records time to time ( recording, classifying and posting )
 Providing and interpreting financial information
 Evaluating the coordination of accounting department and other departments and improving it to reach the maximum level of affectivity and efficiency.
 Supervising Staff
 Liaising with external auditors to ensure quarterly monitoring is carried out
 Arranging new sources of finance for our projects
 Providing accurate financial reports every month
 Analyzing the cost and the revenue from every job
 Comparing the actual results with the budget and determine the variances and it’s reasons
 Comparing between different periods to determine the differences
 Ensuring that the financial policies is applied
 Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. port authority, clients, banks, and suppliers
 Approving all the payments according the financial statues (cash flow)
 Reviewing all payment terms for all the clients
 Alarming for any up normal expenses to the management
