Job Description
Plan and manage all Electrical Engineering projects by taking a hands-on approach to the job, to ensure that verification and electrical engineering design methodologies support product and safety requirements and that development processes fall within established timelines and established standards.
Define project requirements, develop RFPs, estimate costs, obtain approvals, engineering design, procure materials, supervise construction and assist commissioning.
Organizes and monitors the work of support staff, refinery personnel, contractors and vendors during all project phases including; engineering, drafting, construction, and inspection. Testing and commissioning.
Core Responsibilities Management
* Manage the effective achievement of the Electrical Engineering unit objectives through managing the performance of the engineering team, contractors and consultants.
* Prepare and recommend the Electrical Engineering project's budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget.
* Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management procedures and controls across the Electrical Engineering unit activities.
* Determine the requirements for developing group projects and prepare initial technical reports for new projects. Perform electrical designs, editing & reviewing of master electrical specifications & BOQS.
* Provided Engineering support to new business development activities including conceptual engineering studies complete with planning and costing of development options. Provide electrical engineering recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering reviews, strategic plans, and projects.
* Manage and follow up with consultancy offices and contractors during the stages of project implementation through setting parameters to mitigate unexpected problems.

Duties include lead group of Engineers to apply project management and construction supervision to survive the quality assurance requirements, achievement of the implementation of the Electrical Works within planned timescale. the major responsibilities including the following : -
- Study drawings, specification and contractual obligations, keeping abreast of all revisions.
- Review and approval of material submittals.
- Review and approval of shop drawing.
- Maintain daily diaries of events associated with the work on site by using ECG related form.
- Plan / schedule work priorities.

- Record / input into data collection systems, produce standard reports to ensure project delivery.
- Produce weekly program, method statements, risk assessments.
- Monitor reviews, comments and reports on progress payments, quality control and safety.
- Prepares /initiate draft correspondence for approval and issuance by Construction Manager / Resident Engineer.
- Assist as applicable, with Pre-tender and pre-construction activities for contracts relative to the site / sites under my scope, provide input for all change orders and claims analysis, study, and give comments on Contractors Claims.
- Assist the Construction Manager / Resident Engineer in preparing the monthly progress reports.
- Reviews and approval of the As Built drawing.
- Witness and supervise the commissioning and start-up activities.
- Assist in preparing the final acceptance and completion report.
- Review and present the evaluations of contractors payments.

The first high rise towers in 6th October city, 3 towers 22 floors sharing a podium of 2 levels including Residential Apartments and recreation facilities ( Swimming Pool, Gym, SPA…etc. ) with a luxury level . The project is addition to the land mark Mall of Arabia and complement to the (G+3) compound .
The Project Value exceeds one Billion EGP investment . Main contractor is HAC (Hassan Allam Construction ) .
- Mall of Kattameya
The Land Mark of the district 5 project which is developed by Marakez at south west of Cairo ( Egypt ) . High standard shop mall with complete facilities at the state of art for all Electrical and Mechanical . Competitive Architectural and Electromechanical Design by ECG . Luxury finishes and smart controls . with investments touches one Billion EGP by Marakez ( The fast Growing Developer), The Construction Contractor is GAMMA .
