Receive of HR variation documents (payroll salary) through HRMS or manual.
Run the monthly payroll/Partial Payment/court payment/Alimony payment/GCC pension
fund payment.
Calculation EOS and payment.
Monthly Pension computation and update changes in Pension Fund system.
End of Service Provision.
Payroll advance payment amortization (Housing, Furniture, Transportation, Vacation and
Ticket).
Reconciliation of all accounts related to payroll accounts.
Prepare all reports for approval for (Financial controller CFO and MD).
Dealing with internal and external audit and provide them all requirements.
Change 80% of amortization and provision from manual to systemize through Oracle
system.
