• Presenting a true & fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz, P&L Account, Balance Sheet and Annual Reports
• Conceptualizing, implementing and supervising general ledger and financial reporting processes and on time compliance of accounting standards
• Maintaining and keeping record of Accounts in Accounting Software(SAP, MS) etc.
• Processing accounts payables for all three entities -ageing of creditors/payables, releasing the payments as per terms/conditions
• Ensuring compliance to the Govt. rules and regulations as laid down by statutory authorities
• Handling preparation of MIS reports, analytical reports and reconciliation statements as well as undertaking analysis to the key indicators to assist top management
• Ensure profit and cost centre wise budget variance analysis
• Ensure annual and monthly cash forecast
• Review of business model and experience in forecasting plan
• Preparation of budget and synchronize with accounting system
