I am responsible for the contract’s renewals, medical, investments and life policies of the employees, including and excluding employees form the Social Security, hiring and resignation or suspension procedures, HR letters for the employees, travel compansation and employees files and it’s updates

my main job as a reservation agent was to book for any Hilton hotel around the world, and as a customer care I was responsible for handling the reservations and the problems that faces the VIP customers and members of Hilton also I was responsible for handling the faxes, payment and simple IT problems
