Reporting to the General Manager and performing the following duties:
Drive the manpower planning process and ensure adherence to the manpower budgets and appropriate staffing level.
Analyse job requirements and prepare job description.
Manage Manpower planning, recruitment and selection processes.
Managing interviewing, preparing contracts and sending offer packages.
Implement and develop the performance management process required for the company.
Implement, develop and manage policies, procedures and documents to support organizational effectiveness & achievement of company ‘s objectives.
Ensuring compliance to HR policies and procedures and conduct HR Audits.
Updating job descriptions to reflect any significant changes in job responsibilities; developing new job descriptions in coordination with the concerned department in the event of creating new positions and Organizational changes.
Formulating policies and HR procedures and recommend policies and practices to senior management.
Planning, developing and managing human resources programs, policies and practices in the area of recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, performance, evaluation and Employees relations.
Preparing HR Metrics, identifying areas for improvement and setbacks and follow up on action plans.
Identifying training and development needs within organization through job analysis and regular consultation with business managers.
Coach other teams’ members to provide excellent services and achieve department Goals and KPIs, managing processing of all internal orders (Payroll, vacation requests, business trips, change of status, etc...).
Conducting investigations when employees’ complaints, concerns or grievances are brought forth.
Administering disciplinary and dismissal procedures.
Leading company’s compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements and maintaining minimal company exposures to law suits.
Ensuring timely issuance/renewal of residence permits, health cards & gate passes.
Maintenance of properties/facilities, vehicle fleet, telephones, internet facilities, accommodations and all other related services provided by the company.
Any other function within HR/personnel management area as may be assigned by the management.

Handling disputes with employees, resulting legal cases and liaison with company’s lawyer for the same.
Maintenance of properties/facilities and vehicle fleet.
Any other function within HR/personnel management area as may be assigned by the management.
