• Participate in development of clinical study deliverable, such as
work instructions, patient recruitment materials and product training.
• Assist internal core team and external clinical sites with product,
catheter technique and device troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and solve problem with products in the field as well as
provide training to internal and external customers.
• Effectively communicate corporate objectives and policies with
external sites and report it to ensure effective data collection,
patient safety, regulatory compliance and product development.
Perform PPM (Periodic Preventive Maintenance) for Laser devices.
Light Sheer Family (Desire/Duet) & Splendor-X devices PPM & alignment.
Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Establish & maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary
administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned from his service manager.
Supports patient diagnosis and treatment by installing, testing, calibrating and repairing Laser devices;
training users; maintaining safe operations.
