Provides the store staff with guidance and training to make sure of their personal and professional development. Helps them make their career plans by coaching and mentoring them; follows the related processes.
Managing a team of 15 sales agents in two stores of etisalat
Developing team’s forecast, reviews and action plans based on analysis of actual results versus forecasts.
Preparing necessary reports with key achievements and channel’s updates.
Handling the customers with a very high treatment to keep customer satisfaction
Organizing the managerial tasks on a daily basis and distribute it to the store shift leaders
