- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work and production
capacities is done in a safe.

To performs many maintenance, safety and management tasks that promote a clean and safe working environment for the building’s, including:
- Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team membersز
- Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces.
- Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.
- Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
- Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals
- Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders.
- Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff.
- Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions.
- Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs.
• Handing over document/materials.
• Plan and execute planned preventive maintenance activities of all equipment in the plant to ensure complete operational availability of all production line.
• Maintain and create corrective maintenance activities and make sure the breakdown maintenance are fixed with minimum possible time by team.
• Maintain and following repairing motor and control board for all automatic doors and gate.
• Meet management performance targets as set by the business.
• Ensuring all plant and equipment is in an optimal condition at all times.
• Membership of Continuous Improvement Committee Team.
Maintenance in Charge: In Charge Installation and Repairing metal and wood machines.
Handing over document/materials.
Plan and execute planned preventive maintenance activities of all equipment in the plant to ensure complete operational availability of all production line.
Maintain and create corrective maintenance activities and make sure the breakdown maintenance are fixed with minimum possible time by team.
Meet management performance targets as set by the business. Ensuring all plant and equipment is in an optimal condition at all times.
Check and follow the spare parts with warehouse and control the minimum stock.
Maintain and ensure full implementation of safety system and safe practices of work by continually upgrading safety awareness and practices within department teams.
Identify and plan staff development. Ensuring technical shills meet the business needs.
Maintain and prepare monthly of Maintenance Analysis Report.
Conduct department meeting time to time.
Responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
