• Follow up and implement any site instructions made by the Pm and CM.
• Monitor contractor QA/QC activities.
• In case of any site problems are found, work with the PM or CM to resolve them promptly.
• Carrying routine works in line with the approved execution drawings.
• Put the daily programs and arrange all resources that be used to complete the work as it planned.
• Daily activities reporting and maintain records of works on going.
• Checking the quality of work as perspecification.
• Checking the road layers Compaction, the Quality of materials used in site, kerbstone, landscape areas and asphalts works and for the elevated road .
• Supervision of road works from Formation preparation to wearing course stage.
• Supervision of the trial trenches and Services identification processes.
• Supervision of cutting and filling to get the designed longitudinal road profile.
• Supervision of laying of kerbstones.
• Supervision of earth works and allied activities e.g.
i. Natural ground compaction.
ii. Sub-grade preparation.
iii. Structural excavation and backfilling
• Supervision of horizontal drilling works on site.
• Diversion of existing sewer line to new lines & creation new connection for housing plots at different locations.
• Replacement of damaged manhole cover slabs to the required vendor.
• Construction of House connection and chambers.
• Construction of internal sewerage networks to the main sewer lines.
• Checking the setting out drawing, shop drawing and as built drawing.
• Checking the precast yard and performing concrete slump, temperature and cube tests.

• Carrying routine works in line with the approved execution drawings.
• Connect with all authority to get the clearance that is necessary for our work.
• Put the daily program and arrangement all resource that be used to complete the work as program.
• Directing the Foreman of day-to-day site works
• Leasing with Consultants and local authorities at site
• Responsible for material indents, machines checking labors, equipment output and quality of works, etc.
• Giving feedbacks to office for monthly valuations of competed works.
• Upon completion of project, carrying all maintenance works necessary.
• Site Engineering for civil works, which includes infrastructure and finishing works and drawing/final approved drawings from authorities.
• Site responsibility for Quality Control of the works with respect to materials etc.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

Have training in supervision and inspection of site work assuring quality of workfor high- rise residential and commerical project and get experience in the preparation of daily works schedules, arrangment of resources such as men, material, etc …, coordintion with sub-contractors for smooth flow of work, experience includes coordinating with architects, contractors and sub-contractors and that I took was in Egypt in El Rehab company for number of project during our education
