Plan, organize and direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance
of structures and facilities.
Plan, schedule and coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports and cost tracking reports.
Plan and prepare urgent activities for SWCC due to emergency pipes broken.
Stand by 24/7 and during public holidays due to emergency cases with SWCC.
Responsible for conducting tasks with integrity while emphasizing on risk control,
cost reduction, quality improvement of optimization for procurement processes.
Inspect processes purchasing requisitions and reports.
Communicate with vendors on items price, availability, delivery, quality, suitability
and purchase supplies accordingly.
Follow up with warehouse team on the inventory of items purchased by
procurement department.
Generate procurement activities end of the month and comparisons reports.
Follow up on stock consumption related to consumables stationary... etc.
Establish policies and procedures for the new Contracts and Procurement
department, roll out across the organization and ensure compliance.
Leading company efforts in resolving contractual disputes and claims.
Providing contractual advice to General Manager, Director of Development,
Director of Branding, Marketing and Sales, Project Directors, and Project Managers.
Assist Project Directors and Project Managers in preparing contracts, agreements
purchase orders, negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contracts
agreements as required.
Prepare and issue contract strategy, list of recommended Contractors and obtain
necessary approvals.
Prepare and issue Procurement Plans, list of recommended Suppliers and obtain
necessary approvals.
Communicate with vendors on items price, availability, delivery, quality, suitability
and purchase supplies accordingly.
Generate the POs process for handled request.
Follow up with warehouse team on the inventory of items purchased by
procurement department.
Providing leadership within the contracts and procurement functions.
Evaluate supplier's quotation to ensure compliance with technical & commercial specifications.
Advise and liaise with company executives as to issues regarding purchasing contracts and any other issues as necessary
regarding the procurement operations.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the procurement function (planning, issuing, and following up on purchase
orders, delivery, and shipment schedules.
Manage the purchasing cycle including request for quotation, price comparison, PO creation, PO follow up, goods receipt
and supplier billing.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, price and compliance with our requirements.
Develop and implement short & Long-term procurement strategies designed to reduce costs and improve quality and
service while meeting company’s goals and objectives and work closely with the procurement team and other staff to
ensure these measures are achieved.
