- Participate in the development of HSE strategy and take part in the monitoring and help in execution of the HSE objectives.
- Lead HSE target setting in line with Region programs and plans.
- Align HSE policies and other corporate rules and regulations.
- Cascade the information about new / revised policies / directives/HSE Standards.
-Identify and prioritize the focused HSE improvement area across the site and continuously drive improvements and alignment with the corporate guidelines, such as behavior based safety and process safety management programs.
-Act as company communication link between the Regional HSE Functions and various Businesses/Functions within the organization.
- Build up the HSE network and organize the functioning of HSE processes, develop new HSE Procedures/review existing Procedures as per HSE&S Standards and Guidance Notes being issued time to time by corporate HSE Function so that all functions are enabled to give full conformance to HSE Procedures as applicable to their activities. Keeping in view the diverse range of products, processes, distribution network and correspondingly varied needs of the Business.
- Drive focused HSE improvement Plans.
- Implement HSE related training, coaching, educations.
- Maintain regular contact with the external HSE auditors and with the internal HSE organization, coordinate for Corporate / specialist and other 3rd party audits.
- Work closely with Business Managers/Technical Manager and Product Stewards for ensuring full conformance to Product Stewardship requirements
Responsibilities:
1- Entire production process to meet customer demand on time.
2- Improving Filling efficiency and reducing changeover & Setup time by applying SMED.
3- Increasing the utilization of filling lines by introducing flexibility solutions.
4- Initiating and calculating overall equipment efficiency (OEE) for filling lines
5- Getting the root cause of any deviation/gap in terms of safety, quality, delivery & cost related to production.
