1. Become a trusted advisor to their Foodservice customer by providing complete culinary solutions based on a clear understanding of the customer’ s business, macro environment, UFS products and UFS capabilities.
2. Provide a win-win situation for UFS and the customer where UFS wins with increased products in the pantry as well as increased volume usage and the customer wins with solutions that help increase his revenue and/or efficiency in his establishment.
3. Coordinates activities with all essential functions of the business such as Supply Chain, Marketing, Chefs, and Finance etc
- Responsible for enrolment of students and maintaining the current and new agent network. At times
counselling students and look after student welfare and work with clients overseas and locally in
promoting the delivered courses;
- Demonstrate Competence, professional, positive attitude and initiative;
- Together with the marketing team, undertake and monitor the marketing plan, promotional activities
and support the attainment of the Institute’s marketing goals & objectives;
- Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with international/local institutions, agents
and other strategic international/local partners, with the aim of increasing the number of international
and domestic students enrolling in UIT;
- Attend education fairs/expos on behalf of the Institute, when requested;
- Provide presentations on UIT to a broad range of audiences including prospective students, prospective
and existing agents and partner institutions;
- Travel on recurring basis to key domestic and whenever requested to international markets to drive and
maintain student recruitment, agent relationships and institution & articulation agreements
- Facilitate the processing and approval of agent agreements by conducting agent reference checks,
monitoring, and reviewing for continuous engagement
- Continuously monitors the work of the agents in representing UIT as stipulated in the Agency Service
Agreement for the Recruitment of Overseas Students
