Lead all aspects of 10 projects, including project planning, writing Scope of Work, procurement cycle of preparing RFP and technical and commercial reviews, design development, stakeholder management, project strategy, and conducting design reviews, while working collaboratively with consultants and managing employees. Provide directional leadership to all NEOM media, entertainment, and cultural projects by developing residential, infrastructure, tourism, commercial, entertainment, leisure, movie production, and community facilities. Oversee full project cycle from inception to completion, including the preparation of RFPs throughout the procurement process and technical review of bid submissions, development of the concept design and the IFC detailed design, within the budgetary and time constraints. Lead and control NEOM media sector projects while leading the project management and control teams, comprising 35 personnel. Manage project execution phase, including site preparation, civil work, underground systems, firefighting systems, buildings and HVAC systems, major equipment transportation and installation, structural steel installation, and pipe fabrication and erection.
Successfully managed a diverse range of projects, including the very first fully soundproofed soundstage with its production building in Saudi and the largest in the region as well as the very first three film camp and production in Saudi and first desert film camp in the world to feature Saudi Produced films and TV series in addition building the first media camp that consist of (200 Media Village Accommodation Units, Media Utilities and Infrastructure and liveability buildings)
Delivered expert advice in the execution of all project controls policies, plans, and processes in compliance with international best practices, internationally recognized standards, and overall company policies.
Led procurement activities from the early stages of bidder prequalification to contract awards, including overseeing contract administration and responding to contractor claims.
Spearheaded the development and implementation of strategic plans for projects
Evaluated the impact(s) of design/construction changes and schedule slippages while meeting projects
reporting and budgeting requirements.
Reviewed overall business processes regularly as well as identified opportunities for improvement.
Successfully managed the first sound stage in Saudi, including 1400 accommodation units, the first 3 Film camps, and a production facility making Media noise in Saudi.

• Develops, implements, and maintains cost control, and/or provides planning/scheduling function on one or more larger projects. The Project Control Engineer/Specialist at this level is a fully qualified professional with solid experience, technical expertise, and familiarity with company policies and procedures to complete complicated tasks independently.
• Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems.
• Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule.
Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
• Reports status of schedule to appropriate project and Company management as well to the client.
• Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.
• Develops and maintains critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this information.
• Customizes project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
• Accumulates historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting.
• May supervise and provide performance reviews for one or more lower-level Project Control Engineer/Specialists and/or support personnel.
• Provides input to Sr. Project Control Staff regarding staffing requirements.

The Makkah Public Transport Program (MPTP) (63 Billion Saudi Riyals) is an ambitious and technically challenging program which will revolutionize transportation around the Holy City of Makkah.
The scope of MPTP includes the construction of four (4) new Metro lines, an Integrated Bus Rapid Transit System comprised of Local, Feeder and Shuttle Services. All are connected within an integrated transport system (ITS) to create a modern accessible transport system for Makkah, easing the everyday lives of its residents and visitors.
• Supervise schedule for all the projects.
• Provide feedback to management regarding project progress and offer solutions, recovery plans as required.
• Assist the Project Control Manager in the preparation of all project reports.
• Responsible for preparation, consolidation and issuance of Weekly, Monthly and Annual Project Status reports.
• Tracking Project Progress and Cost as compared to Planned Schedules.
• Focal point for planning and scheduling function within tender evaluation process.
• Supervise, guide and review EPC contractor procedures, schedules and reports.
• Support project completion and closeout.
• Develop, implement and control an approved WBS in schedules in P6 or other software for Management Reporting.
• Prepare and Update S Curves, Milestone Trackers and Critical Paths analysis of Schedules.
• Advise Project Control Manager of adverse schedule and cost variation, if any.
• Participate in Project meetings with EPC Contractor and other stakeholders as required.
• Establish and maintain schedule interfaces with Commissioning and Start-up activities.
• Prepare Project Schedule related KPIs and advice on corrective actions if these KPIs are not met in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for the input from the planning function within the Claims coordination process.
• Provide the required input during the preparation of technical, risk management and change management reports.
• Participate in review of Change Order Requests and advise on actions;
• Assist the PCM in identifying areas where time and cost can be minimized.
• Prepare and implement company procedures related to Progress Measurement, Planning & Scheduling, Reporting, Schedule assurance and Risk analysis.

Comments and recommendations provided for Master Plan submitted by TNC.

Progress Monitoring:
Review and discuss progress and performance during weekly meetings with consortium and project team.
Monitor Master Plan within each project stage. Comments and guidance were shared and discussed with relevant team and contractor staff.
Emphasize importance of near-term Look-Ahead schedules to align activities and ensure adherence to required progress.
Monitor all work-related emails and report to client on progress.
