Implement recruitment and placement policies, processes and plans to attract high quality applicants in a timely and cost effective manner in line with the manpower plan
Pro-actively select and recruit UAE Nationals for positions at all levels in the organization
Screen, assess and shortlist interview candidates based on business needs
Coordinate the recruitment process with the requesting division /department and with candidates.
On selection of the right applicant facilitate the required administrative procedures.
Ensure that all applications are complete and that all required paperwork and certificates are available.
Participate in recruitment fairs and other forums to attract high talent to the Organization.
Identify suitable Recruitment consultants, request for proposals and present the comparative analysis in coordination with manpower planning head.
Updates the recruitment tracking and update the divisions with recruitment status.
Handle as Acting section head in several times:
Manage the development of annual manpower/ recruitment plan aligned with HR strategy in coordination with HR VP.
Develop, reviews the Recruitment policies, processes and procedures ensuring that they are effective and reflect best HR practice providing quality result to recruitment of ZonesCorp’ s manpower.
Select local recruitment agencies to be used for various appointments. Develops the list of preferred and agreed agencies. Negotiates deals, evaluates and builds business relationship with agreed agencies to ensure best service, reliability and continuous working relationship.
Review new employment contracts in liaison with the Legal Department to ensure that they comply with government regulations and Civil Services policies.
Participate in recruitment fairs and other forums to attract high talent to the Organization.
Responding to any queries related to Emiratization plan raised by the government.
Cooridnate with Career depvelopment section in order to increase/retain UAE national employees and Implement Succssetion Plan
Maintain knowledge of current market condition & pay level in coordiantation with C&B section.
Prepare the manpower data, maintains and updates manpower information and statistics regarding the company manpower in order to analyses and prepares consolidated data and manpower planning for management review.
Updates approved changes in the organisational in order to update the HR databese in coordination with the Employee Relations Dept.
Perform a wide variety of clerical and Administrative duties including taking, referring & handling incoming messages.
Maintaining manual & computer files, preparing r typing reports & records.
Interviews& secures information from callers, answers question, and resolves complaints or refers them to appropriate resource person.
