• Estimate and Quantity Survey of Mechanical Material and review the specification of Neom project.
• Planning and review the IFC drawing.
• Supervision and guide for the mechanical procedures in the site.
• Create execute plans and organize the engineers scopes and responsibilities.
• Receive and inspect the mechanical materiel and storage it as the related specification and standards.
• Coordinate with other department and share with them the execution plan to avoid any delay and loses.
• Estimate and Prepare PRs for material, tools & manpower according to scope of work prior to execution.
• Preparation of method statement for mechanical installation and update JSA according to scope of work.
• Review the Project Planning Package to establish the sequence and duration of activities.
• Maintain peer level contacts with Clients and Subcontractors for the resolution of site queries & deviations
