Report to construction manager. Provide logistic and technical support to construction trades and sub-contractors. Monitor construction work for compliance with design plans and specifications. Ensuring the site deliveries are well coordinated with all trades and stakeholders. Establish and implement construction schedules, methods, equipment and labor requirements.
Review excavation drawings for connecting utilities and issuing work permit, ensure contractor’s safety compliance in road, receive and redirect road maintenance orders, coordinating work between contractors.
Supervising residential villas construction from excavation phase to finishes, monitoring contractors work, ensure meeting standards and specifications according to drawings, inspection on steel rebar, and MEP installation.
