In Jan 2007, I started establishing a new telecommunication retail center at Zagazig city. Rapidly, the center has become one of the best-selling and well-known centers in the city. During my 10 years of the retail shop management, I learned a lot about “Sales” and “Marketing” which lead me gain not only much money but also the trust and expectations of my valuable and esteemed customers.

- Serve customers by selling products; meeting customer needs.
Duties:
- Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
- Advise customers by providing information on products.
- Help customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
- Document sales by creating or updating records.
- Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
- Prepare activity and results reports, such as daily sales reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
- Gather current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports.
