• Conducted candidate interviews for all positions
• Improved recruitment policy and manage selection processes
• Conducted rightsizing and manpower plan and develop reports on manpower forecasting budgets versus actual costs to enable timely action for addressing variances
• Reviewed HR policies and procedures to identify improvement needs
• Advised managers and supervisors on all the processes of performance management, including planning, monitoring, developing, and rewarding performance as well as the rating process
• Responsible for developing and managing employment programs, salary compensation and job evaluations, benefits, promotions, equal opportunity initiatives, and education and training programs.
• To provide efective leadership and support to subordinates, ensuring that they are clear about their roles and responsibilities and have appropriate processes in place to manage their work efectively.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate personnel records within the Department, to Include recruitment, employee turnover and sickness absence and collate HR
information on a monthly basis for HR monthly report.
• Ensure all positions recruited for have an up-to-date job description.
