Job Description:

Sales assignments
-Deliver a minimum sales target in the Territory.
- Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through the development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs.
-Set up sales network with sufficient coverage over the Territory.
-Follow up key projects / tenders and provide necessary support .
-Visit key accounts and provide product training to end users

Marketing assignments
-Assist Management to attend various conferences/exhibitions, including but not limited to the PM products related conferences.
-Identify potential key high-profile hospitals in the Territory that GE should try to penetrate. And set up a plan for penetration in those hospitals together with Division manager. Interface with external constituencies including local regulatory officials, legislators, exhibitions/congress, members of medical associations and others as appropriate.

Other assignments
-Submit weekly reports, monthly work plan and attend quarterly Sales meetings with the management.
-Evaluate changes to the market place and the industry and adjust sales plans accordingly.
