HR supervisor workforce
• Recruitment tasks
• Handling recruitment cycle for all the organization
• Following department requests of staffing needs and prepare paper related paperwork
• Perform searching, using source such as computer database, network, internet media AD to find
qualified candidates
• Plan and review interviews and selecting procedural including phone screening contacting interviews
• Review and evaluate applicants' qualification for vacancy based on job description
• Prepare and support employment record related to new hiring, new record to SAP system
• Contact and follow up job applications to inform them of status of their applications
• Coordinate with outsider staffing agencies to source temporary, training opportunities etc..., based on department needs
Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties and carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: Recruitment, employee relations, training and development, government relations, and employment. Also helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs in camp.
