Rig Admin and Trainee Rig Safety Supervisor

I had the privilege to work with ADES at rig ADES-173 as well as ADES-40, ADES-174, ADES-889, ADES-13, ADES-158, ADES-799 and ADES BASE office.
For during of this time I was responsible for the entire administrative tasks on rig site like:
1- Preparing the monthly timesheet, supplementary timesheet, overtime report, Aramco take off sheet, Saudization report, 3rd party timesheet, trainee report, customer feedback, rental equipment timesheet, the man power form, and other documents.
2- In charge of PPE ordering and distribution amongst the rig crew as per the management regulation.
3- Reporting to WDI and Aramco the daily people on board the rig along with their shift schedules.
4- Communicating with HR on a daily basis to report any shortage that the rig might have and filling that shortage by requesting a substitute to be provided by HR.
5- Responsible for the all incoming and outgoing calls and emails at the rig.
6- Making T-card and organizing the T-card list that shows the people working on that time and taking charge of that list in case of H2S drill or an actual leak.
7- Preparing some documents when needed like; journey plans, rig move reports and bonus, expense report, training reports, rental equipment report, third party timesheets, requesting diesel for the rig, and preparing the full and final report for when someone resigned or terminated from the company.
8- Filing all the paper/electronic documents in their designated folders.
9- Taking time to understand the crew members’ issues and requests that they would like to address to ADES and forward their issues to the responsible person.
10- Providing translations between the Saudi crew members and any International personnel.
11- Coordinating all incoming and outgoing journeys from and to the rig, as well as requesting night driving approval from management if the rig needed an urgent journey during the night.
12- Preforming any task that may insure the continuous of the operation if I am qualified to do so.
I joined Weatherford Just before it was acquired by ADES.
1- Handling all of the prospective clients by providing them with reasonable options to ensure enrollment in term of requirements, location, and cost among other things depending upon the client request.
2- Filling and submitting the application to the educational institution and following up on it until a decision is obtained.
3- Following up with our clients and ensuring that the decision is satisfying for the client.
4- Preparing different types of invoices and quotation upon request.
5- Handling all IELTS registrations and payments on a daily basis, preparing the office for the test, booking invigilators, and making sure the test runs as smooth as possible. Not to mention marking for the test to ensure having a successful and profitable session.
6- Initiating and finalizing agreements with educational institutions around the world.
7- Marketing for the schools that we have agreement with and try to come up with a choice suitable for the client needs. By using the berks of social media, I gain access to a huge database of customers. By implementing these methods, I was able to exceed double the recruitments from the previous years.
8- Invigilating for the IELTS test, during the test, I check in the candidates, I receive the materials, I read the instructions to the candidates, and I ensure the integrity of the IELTS test is never compromised. I also invigilated for IELTS UKVI test.
9- Attending international educational workshops overseas, and meeting with educators and service providers and establishing agreements to enhance the level of my company services.
10- Filling up applications for universities, language schools, credential evaluation institution, visa, as well as booking flights, hotels, homestays, medical insurance, and airport pick-ups.
11- Publishing and responding on our social media accounts. And building up or social media network.
12- Participated in some of the IELTS and TOEFL preparation classes as a training assistant.
13- Collecting payments from clients and making transfer orders to secure the program requested by the client.
14- Following up on the progress of my clients, the status of their visa, the travel arrangements, the first day of arrival to their destination, their academic progress, and updating their parents if necessary.
o Overseeing the implementation of Aramco safety regulations and standards.
o Making safety orientation programs, safety meetings and presentations, manpower tracking, permit to work system, emergency drill coordination, help in HSE inspections, internal auditing, and accident/incident investigation.
o Conducts periodic inspection of project job sites to assist managers and supervisors in environmental, health, and safety compliance.
o Works with administration on workers issues like compensation program, to determine needs for additional training and emphasis on accident prevention.
o Maintains complete and accurate records as required. Prepares various reports, including charts and graphs, to determine trends and needs.
o Help in the development of various HSE Plans and promote these safety programs.
o Assists Site Safety Team in the overall implementation of Company and Client’s Safety Policy.
o Coordinate with site security.
o Ensure all safety equipment are there at the sites and inspected periodically.
I had the privilege to work at WDI at rig 40 as rig clerk for 3 month, during that time I was responsible for the entire administrative tasks on rig site like:
