Updating daily/monthly production reports, KPI graphs & trends in the industrial dashboard including stoppages, utility consumptions and monthly overall production reports.
1- Issuing scope of work and technical specification for proposed projects.
2- Prepare feasibility study for the proposed projects.
3- Estimate the projects’ cost.
4- Perform technical evaluation for potential contractors before bidding/gain the projects.
5- Follow up with contractor to complete the projects in the designated date.
6- Project’s equipment/materials receiving inspection.
7- Perform walkthrough inspection at frequent intervals of projects and prepare punch list.
8- Flexible to work with SAP system related my activities (PR, SRN, request materials…etc).
9- Provide technical support for maintenance department.
10- Member of integrated management system IMS team: quality (ISO: 9001), safety (ISO: 45001) and environment (ISO: 14001), and working with internal auditing team.
1- Review the project documents to give comments about construction phase.
2- Perform inspection activities on Saudi Aramco Projects with the applicable requirements:
3- Finding out the violations to the project documents and Aramco Standards.
4- Writing proactive notifications to prevent the violations.
5- Perform surveillance and walk-through inspection at frequent intervals.
1- Applied Saudi standards (SASO) and International standards (IEC) on the imported electrical products (household / Industrial / battery / Luminaries).
2- Perform different type of testing on the electrical products to check their strength and durability in normal usage.
3- Preparing procedures for testing equipment.
4- Preparing safety procedure for the lab.
5- Work beside the quality manager to prepare some documents.
6- Making inventory for equipment & the items in the lab.
