Simultaneous Interpreter ( Operation team member ) at Egyptian Heavy Transportation Company of United Nations

I was recruited by the army of Egypt to join the United Nation Peacekeeping mission with the Egyptian Heavy Transportations Contingent (EHTC), on the land of Central African Republic. And their I had joined the operations team
 Responsibilities:
 Attends all Meetings, Conferences and Trainings that the Contingent is required to attend as the EHTC Interpreter representative.
 Escorts the EHTC convoys over the country, as it is the main job for the contingent in the mission land.
 Assists other EHTC offices (Logistics, Rations, Security, Medical, Engineering, Transport Office …etc.).
 Assists solving problem that may occurred whether inside the camp or with the convoys outdoor, which could delay or prevent cargo safety delivering.
 As a military person in first place, it is a 24/7 days a week job. As it is supposed to be aware of all updates and takes the strategic action in a shorts time.
 Translates any received mails and presents it to the contingent commander and sends a copy of the important one to home country
 Makes and updates all contingent member’s data (in English) using Microsoft office (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint …etc.)

As a second job, the EHTC company commander appointed me the deputy paymaster

Responsibilities:
Record bank details of every company member and his proctor to/ and transfer the salary.
Prepare the monthly Memo, attendance sheet, daily allowance and Summary for each one.
Submit these four sheets to the finance office at MINUSCA-HQ in the beginning of each month.
Collect the monthly payment of EHTC and pay each member his share.
Prepare and send the monthly report to the Egyptian military finance affairs organization.
Prepare the Recreation Leave Allowance for each one that completed 6 months in service.
