Processing of teller Service transactions such as cash deposits & cash withdrawals, cheuqe deposits & cheuqe withdrawals, transfer, utility payment, fees payment in line with operational policies & procedures via ITM Machine.
Cross sell or identify and refer product inquiries from prospective customers to CROs / Universal Bankers.

Ensure proper understanding and processing for all centralized activities as per Branch Operations Centralization Project.
When I moved to work in the new department responsible for the new Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), under a new job title (Remote Teller) I was one of the first founding employees of this section, where I participated in all experimental tests of the new system and made suggestions for its development
Processing of all teller counter service
transactions such as cash deposits & cash
withdrawals and other transactions such as
drafts, telegraphic-transfers, payment orders,
standing orders, foreign currency purchase &
sales, cheque deposits etc., in line with
operational policies & procedures.
Cross sell or identify and refer product inquiries
from prospective customers to Sales staff.
General reconciliation & control activities :-
Act as the one of dual custodian for branch
vault cash and security stationery.
End of day cash balancing.
General filing.
o Project Implementation and delivery of a new banking software system to Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB)
o Delivering some training sessions on the new system to ADIB branch banking staff including Branch managers, Head of operations, Customer relationship managers, CROs and Tellers before system roll-out in the branches
o System Onsite support working with ADIB core team to provide knowledge and technical support to ADIB branches during the system roll-out after the UAT Software testing
o Ensure successful delivery, implementation & Migrations of the system onsite in the branch and make sure that all cash and transaction are working properly on the new system and all the staff have the required knowledge and technicality on the system in all ADIB branches all over the UAE.
o Application Support to receive ADIB staff complains, perform the analysis on the fault and resolution, refer to the business process or report to the IT/Vendor department for development to maintain reliability and business benefits
o Providing support covering “Retail banking, Business Banking, Compliance, Fraud and Risk, FATCA & KYC, Sharia & Islamic Finances”
