* Maintains electrical items related to terminal Transformers, medium, and low voltage substations.
* Distribution panels, UPS, ATS, MCC, lighting, Refcon, Communication, and security systems.
* Planning, organizing, and control the maintenance of all terminal services Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC,
water, sewerage, and waste materials.
* Ensure contractors are performing according to contractual obligations.
* Maintain and update, whenever necessary drawings and manuals of all equipment and assets as terminal
technical library.
* Propose the necessary training to upgrade staff skills related to work needs.
* Commission, startup and maintain SCADA, PLC System ABB controlling all utilities in Terminal.
* Prepare the regular and necessary reports to Engineering manager.
* Fully comply with all company HSSE policies, departmental SOPs, etc.
* Actively participating in relevant company process improvement initiatives and programs.
* Sharing TPM program/activities, and 5S standards inside the company.
* Records data in to Computerized Maintenance Management System “IFS”.
* Develop/improve predictive, preventive and major maintenance for electrical
equipments in the plant.
*Troubleshooting DCS Problems (Allen Bradley) Using Rockwell & In touch Software.
*Provide technical support to supervisors and technicians to carry out complex troubleshooting
of plant challenges, recommend corrective actions, and modifications.
*Field Instrumentations (Control Valves, Pressure transmitters, temperature Controllers,
PID Control, Photocell, Proximity sensors, load cell, Encoders, Solid state relays).
*Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams P&IDs.
*Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems, and Mechanical Background.
*Water pump house, and drainage systems troubleshooting.
*Motor Drives (Control Techniques Emerson, Siemens, ABB, Santerno, Sprint Electric, Alfa, Yaskawa,
telemechanique, Omron, Rexroth and SEW).
*Operation and Maintenance of Diesel Generators sets.
*Indoor/Outdoor Lighting, Air conditioning Services and chiller maintenance.
*Diesel, natural gas ramps and equipments, Air Products H2, N2, Air compressors and driers.
Particibating in factory enlargement to increase ceramics tiles production from 18, 000
to 55, 000 m2 / day, sanitary ware from 1000 to 3000 Pcs/day, and establishing
float paper production line 80 ton/day.
*Working with Sacmi Imola, forni, Keda, and Bricesco ltd. companies.
*Working with Egemac, Gila, Simatic, and ABB Companies installing and commissioning
medium and low voltage networks.
*Working with AEE Company establishing roasted steam network.
*Operation and maintenance of steam boilers.
*Maintenance of motor Drives, erection and parameters modification.
*Troubleshooting electronic circuits and power supplies.
*Working in industrial automation like programming and wiring PLCs.
*Make necessary backups for programs used in machines and controls.
*Assist in the training of technicians on the operation and maintenance.
