• Managed office inventory by restocking supplies and placing purchase orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Provide administrative support to senior manager/s.
• Act as a key point of contact between all departments, employees, logistic & distribution team.
• Maintain highest quality standards, follow up system, confidentiality and proactive work whilst ensuring that tasks assigned are completed and deadlines met.
• Maintain record-keeping systems for recording and monitoring service processes and provide regular summary reports to Operational Staff and Management to ensure that relevant updates and reviews take place in a timely fashion.
• Ability to communicate complex issues effectively by telephone, by e-mail and in person.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to management & responsible for the end to end ordering process.

• Reminding the Management/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
• Organizing the management personal commitments like travel and meetings etc.
• To provide a general administrative support to the Construction Director and Construction staff office.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
• Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
• Checking and management of stationary
• Compiling directory of all sub-contractors on site.
• Processing and distributing mail and e-mail.
• Managing internal and external communications with subcontractors.
• Link between the project manager and the other team members.
• Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
• Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
