❖ Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
❖ Maintain knowledge of trends, best practice, regulatory changes and employment law.
❖ Dealing with employee procedure in government sites (Qiwa - GOSI - Muqem - Mudad - HRDF).
❖ Ensures all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
❖ Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
❖ Report to management and provide decision support.
Organization Development
❖ Devise and update organizational structure as per the requirements and the company top
management.
❖ Design systems and define criteria for evaluating the performance of employees,
❖ Design Job analysis (job description & job specifications) and regular updating.
❖ Job evaluation and grading creation and regular updating.
❖ Salary structure creation, analysis and periodical revision.
Recruitment & Selection
❖ Create a pool of candidates using social media, referrals, or headhunting
❖ Scanning CV's pool and shortlist the qualified candidates.
❖ Conduct the selection process by interviewing and testing.
Benefits and Compensation
❖ Responsible on the payroll process.
❖ Prepare payroll monthly report.
❖ Prepare a market salary survey.
❖ Prepare and revise the monthly payroll including overtimes, benefits, deductions, loans and all related
issues on time every month on the payroll HRMS (ERP System)
Training & Development
❖ Prepared descriptive detailed evaluation that fit the company's goal.
❖ Support the team with development sessions like soft skills/ strategic management.
Personnel
❖ Processing all employee's vacations and sick leaves, maintaining, and updating employee's data on
HRMS (ERP System).
❖ Issuing employee certificates,
❖ Handles Social insurance forms 1, 2 and 6 Ensures proper documentation and record keeping for all
personnel files and other activities using appropriate forms..
Following up with the candidates after hiring to maintain a good level of satisfactions and share
in solving in facing problems
❖ Acting as
Receiving requests, analyzing it.
❖ Making ads and receiving its design from online marketing team to publish the posts throughout
recruitment channels to attract good calibers
❖ Screenings resumes and find the best qualified candidate for each position
❖ Filtrating and Searching for the proper candidates among many sources using old database, new data,
head hunting, networking and recommendation
❖ Communicating with the short listed candidates through telephone screening
❖ Scheduling interviews for the candidates and proper follow-ups with the prospective candidates until
they complete all the rounds of interview.
❖ Conducting the initial interviews.
❖ Coordinating for the technical interview with the clients
❖ Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
❖ Discussing offers with candidates, negotiating the offer with both candidates and clients to make it
easier for both sides
❖ Handling processing cycle and Finishing visa processing procedures
❖ Following up with the candidates after hiring to maintain a good level of satisfactions and share in
