Reporting to: Vice Chairman and Senior Vice President.
Role: Ultimately Identify and bring forth technology infrastructure and solutions to propel the company forward within an organization and to assist the business managers with the organization strategies and objectives.
Achievements, Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage 20+ IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies and procedures with following Kaizen method.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness and Managing and reporting on allocation and SLA’s of IT budget.
- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.
- Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software including on-Prem or cloud solutions.
- Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
- Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.
- Develop, implement and evaluate IT KPI’s for the IT divisions and team.
- Manage shared services IT department for 35+ owned & subsidiary companies.
- Committee member in all group e-Commerce projects.
- Manage IT project managers and assure the project success with ROI.
- Manage IT divisions include Project management, Technical support, Infrastructure & Network, security and Software consultation division.

e-Pro Solutions, is a software development house, the company core product is a financial application, Supply Chain, Loyalty & CRM, Human resources and payroll systems that is being migrated from 6i to 10g at the front-end and Oracle 9i at the back-end. The application consists of several modules dealing with all aspects of the financial cycle. The financial systems, HR and payroll are now applied for blue salon company and it's subsidiary companies which they changed its name to Abu Issa holding.
Achievements, Responsibilities & Duties:
Requirements Gathering, analysis, design, development, testing and implementing.
Interpret the top management strategic decision to business requirements and follow the development cycle.
Develop front-end GUI components i.e. Forms and Reports using Oracle developer 10g.
Writing database stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
Manage the security rules and the user’s creation.
Train the business end-users and prepare process flows and user manual documents.
Manage Oracle developers to deliver the requirements in apps.
Roll-out the apps. (Finance, HRMS, ESS…etc.) To the subsidiary companies in UAE, KSA, Turkey, USA, South Africa, Bahrain, and Jordan.
Customize the applications to met the country regulations, like VAT, Social security…etc.
Project manager for company customers like (Qatar Armed Forces, Dasman Hypermarket and Ministry of interior)
Evaluate or assess the changes in the applications.
The overall objective is to fulfil Abu Issa Holding companies & it’s subsidiary with all business requirements and automate all manual processes along with implementing apps. to e-Pro Solution customers.
United Programmers is a software development house, the company core product is a financial application that is being built using Developer 6i at the front-end and Oracle 8i at the back-end. The application consists of several modules dealing with all aspects of the financial cycle. The financial systems are now applied for many of the big clients in Jordan and with various fields.
Achievements, Responsibilities & Duties:
Develop front-end GUI components i.e. Forms and Reports using Oracle developer 6i.
Writing database stored procedures, packages and triggers.
Assist in requirement collection, logical and physical database design.
Installation and maintenance of the Oracle development database.
Document business rules, functional and technical designs, test cases, and user guides.
Data migration using SQL Loader.
Using Power Designer to make analysis for systems and use it to build new system.
DB Administrator for our all customers and specially my source company.
Managing DB and backup and recovery for our Database and our customers.
Installations for oracle 9i and oracle 8i and developer 6i.
Team Leader for software division.
Lead and train five developers on the Business rules and Oracle tools.
Manage applications upgrade batches for 30+ clients

•Development and implementation of the fixed asset system to Zarqa Private University, Jordan
•Implementation Accounting, Supply Chain, HRMS applications to The Islamic Center Charity, Jordan
•Implementation of Accounting and HRMS application to General Mining Company, Jordan.
•Develop and implement Students System, Finance to Intermediate collage, Jordan.
•Implementation of Accounting, Supply Chain, HRMS to Al-Furat company for waters, Jordan
•More than another twenty customers.
