Supervise the performance for the Roc team to ensure providing courteous and professional answers to Customers enquiries by telephone, E-mail or any other medium.
Monitor the accuracy of information provided by Roc team and advice on a wide range of Company services and procedures to the Roc team to update customers when needed, solving routine service problems to the Customer’s satisfaction.
Work in improving Roc revenue and cut cost by applying the necessary control procedures
Perform regular site visit to all Roc according to a pre set schedule to ensure the ROC procedures application and prevent any discrepancy from occurrence
Provide courteous and professional answers to Customers esquires by telephone, E-mail or any other medium. Provide information and advice on a wide range of Company services and procedures, solving routine service problems to the Customer’s satisfaction
Tasks included
Handles a range of routine customer calls relating to service and/ or advice and ensures compliance with local, corporate and legal requirements.
Identifies, generates and documents revenue opportunities in accordance with local standards
Handles a variety of customer complaints and /or exceptions including responding to irate customers;
Have experienced service failures/problems and resolves where possible, making the decision to refer where appropriate.

Identifies and documents potential service issues and incidents of customer dissatisfaction and refers in accordance with local agreed procedures.
