Coordinate with the barge superintendent for the execution of the work as per the approved installation procedure.
Revision of installation procedures when deviations from approved procedures are necessary.
Prepare method statements for specific barge and project activities, detailing site constraints.
Prepare project closeouts, offshore best practices, and lesson-learning reports in
coordination with the barge superintendent.
Prepare all technical reports such as laying stress, grouting, drilling, piling, testing
records, etc.
Coordinate with Subcontractors on technical matters and review their reports before submission to the Client.
Prepare daily progress reports and weekly cost control reports.
Coordinate with the client on technical issues and handle contractual issues as well as advise the barge superintendent accordingly.
Ensure the availability of project materials and consumables onboard the barge.

Mechanical Inspector (QA/QC):
• Inspect painting work to insure that follows the requirements and best quality.
• Inspection during different stages of fabrication and construction.
• Define and evaluating welding activities at site.
• Performs functional checks and mechanical completion checks.
• Instrument & Equipment Calibration.

Mechanical Engineer:
• Acting as a project manager in one of the company’s sites that is ongoing with Saudi Aramco in Yanbu.
• Lead the mechanical team in the site.
• Maintain a safe work environment and support corporate and organizational safety goals in the office, with suppliers, and at fabrication and field sites.
• Identifying risks ahead that might happen and make a plan to avoid them before it occurs.
• Following Saudi Aramco and international standards to comply with client requirement and ensure high quality.
• Presenting all safety roles to new workers especially for Arabian people who don't speak English.
• Cooperate in solving problems related to mechanical teams.
• Monitoring and managing all the heavy steel equipment.
