Undertake the architectural supervision duties on site to ensure compliance of the architectural works with project specifications and contract requirements.
Reviewing shop drawings and technical submittals.
Attend daily inspections of architectural activities as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan.
Preparing SORs and NCRs for quality deficiencies and non-compliance.

• Reviewing and approving the shop drawings presented by the contractors and MEP engineers to maintain coordination of works.
• Working with the senior project manager to resolve variances from the project scope.

Worked as a contractor's site engineer for architectural work in a 5-star Luxury hotel, Hilton Alexandria Kings Ranch.
Project: Alexandria West Villas (Budget:300 Million LE)
• Meeting with clients to introduce them to our projects, identifying their needs, and wishes to match them with our fittest models.
• Adjusting the available models according to the client’s preferences.
• Coordinating between consultants, external agencies, contractors, property owners, and other utility services providers to work out the client’s changes to the default units.
• Responsible for preparing the tender documents.
• Responsible for preparing the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.)

• Accelerated the variances’ calculations by 50% by updating the cost unit’s spreadsheets.
