Review I&C Project Work and Commissioning Procedures, Schedules, Method Statements and Project Documentation and Making Appropriate Recommendations During Plant Commissioning Phase for ALSTOM Steam Turbine and its Control
System ALSPA P320 TGC V2+.
• Identify Unforeseen, Foreseen, Repeated Problems and Common Mode Failure (CMF)
Study for the Plant Main and Subsystems Using Troubleshooting Skills and Structured Methodology. Submitting Solution Proposals (Modifications, Equipment Change, etc.), Cost and Plan to the Higher Management Level for Execution Approval.
Construction and Commissioning for ALSTOM 270 MW Steam Turbines Control System ALSPA P320 TGC V2+ and Steam Turbine’s Auxiliaries as following:
1- ALSTOM (ALSPA P320) Turbine Generator Control System (TGC) V2+ System Setup and Configuration, Interfacing Between the TGC System and the Overall
DCS and Other Control Systems.
2- Hydraulic System for Turbine Control (DEHC). (HP Turbine Combined Main Valves, IP Turbine Combined Valves and LP Stop, Control Valves).
3- Turbine Supervisory Instruments (TSI) Included (Bearing Vibration with Bently Nevada 3500 Module, Speed Measurements, ABS Expansion, Differential Bently Nevada Vibration Monitoring System Setup and Commissioning.
4- Lubrication Oil System and Jacking Oil System.
5- Steam Seal System for the Steam Turbine.
6- Drain System for the Steam Turbine.
7- Condenser Evacuation System (Vacuum System for the Main Condenser).
8- Water Box Evacuation System (Priming Water Box).
9- Circulating Water System including Chlorine Analyzer.
10- HP Bypass System and LP Bypass System.
11- Tube Cleaning System for the Main Condenser.
12- Debris Filter System for the Main Condenser.
