*Responsible for driving Sales and Marketing Operations in the Region to achieve sales targets in IR and KDR Channels.
* Working Closely with National Distributors Axiom and Assr Al Jawal to
generate Sell through Sell Out basis activations
* Partnering with Key Accounts like (Jarir, Extra, Lulu) Ground
Management to ensure smooth execution and maximize Sell Out.
* Managing Inventory, tracking stock positions and planning consumer
promotion for new product launches.
* Implementing Sell through and Sell out Incentive schemes in IR Channel to
increase Retailers Traffic and Profitability.
* Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
and Key Performance Indicators for the team.
* Interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training new talents.
* Training sales team to utilize systems that increase sales efficiency.
* Building business reports for strategic analysis and internal reviews.
* Defining weekly, monthly and objectives for sales team in both IR Channel
and Key Accounts.
* Leading and Executing regional activities & country specific promotional
process.
* Implementing and tracking rigid execution of POSM based on Visual
merchandising guidelines.
• Coordinating with the marketing team to implement strategy & delivering on objectives.
• Maintaining sponsorship Records for events.
• Monitoring & reporting to senior managers on the effectiveness of strategies/campaigns.
• Representing the Company in different events conducted in Embassies and Exhibitions.
• Maintaining project plans with continually updated task lists, contact lists, deadlines, and budgets.
• Traveling to remote areas to supervise and support sales team.
