• Creating and Implementing training plan and training budget.
• Following performance reports and determine training needs.

Achieving a Quarterly sales target (3000000 Egyptian Pound for Food Products and 400000 Egyptian Pound for Nonfood Products) assigned with keeping high level of customers satisfaction.

Deliver enterprise solutions
Dealing and Negotiating with the customer to find out his needs and provide him with the best offers
Marketing researches to identify the competitors & compare between them.
In collaboration with sales & marketing department's designs, implements and follows up projects concerning product prices or special promotions.
Build scale in networks
Expand professional services
Achieving the customer's visits targets according to the plan designed.
Responsible for achieving the customer satisfaction level assigned and solving any problems related.
Observes competition, suggests an action plan & prepares daily & weekly reports which are then forwarded to Field Operations Manager.
Participate in the training of newly hired employees.
Working Business to Business (B2B).
* Managing 3 sales representatives.
* Achiving a monthy sales target (750000 EGP).
