•Preparing the cost breakdown of Variations, creating any required BOQ and negotiate the variation cost with client, consultant.
•Participate with the Head of Procurement and Contracts in selecting the most appropriate offers in terms of appropriate conditions of supply.
•Measuring repair costs for defective/ repeated/ unused works or material in coordination with quality control engineers, Preparing the final BOQ, invoice and scheduled BOQ based on site progress.
•Responsible for managing the overall project commercial status (payments, billing, claims, variations, amendments, conflict resolution…etc.) and for maintaining/facilitating timely update of commercial logs and contract reports, draft letters and replies to letters of the consultant or the client
Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with clients, partners, and project team to ensuresmooth communication, Manage contractual correspondences with client and partners.
•Preparing productivity report to release in-house labor wages and budgetary cost advise for all workelements, Final account and project settlement with the client and for subcontractors.
•Manage subcontractors’ invoices contractually, supervise the preparation of subcontractor paymentcertificates, and maintain logs to reflect the subcontractor payment status, all in accordance withcompany standard procedures up to issuance of the final certificate and closure of the subcontractors’accounts.
•Review and evaluate subcontractors’ claims and variations. Negotiate and finalize as necessary up toissuance of subcontract amendments.

•Prepare invoice payments for the Client & sub-contractors.
• Survey quantities for all BOQ items, actual executed, new claims and any variation as per the owner request in order to decide on the payment.
• Evaluation subcontractors’ variations and compare between quantity take-off of subcontractors and clients to ensure (back-to-back) compatibility and identify any conflicts.
• Preparing the cost breakdown of Variations, creating any required BOQ and negotiate the variation cost with client / consultant, Assist in Preparing the final BOQ/invoice of the project.
• Assist in Final account and project settlement with the client and for subcontractors.
• Measuring repair costs for defective/ repeated/ unused works or material in coordination with quality control engineers, preparing bill of quantities include specifications and pricing for every item by making detailed breakdown and get consultant and client approval with supported documents.
