* Compensations and Benefits.
* Government works and Relations.
* Training coordination.
* Establish the center’s plan, organizational chart, policies and job descriptions.
* Supervise HR team, solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration.
* Develop strong relationships with employees and activation effective communication
between management & employees.
* Responsible for all administrative work in the HR Department.

* Design and conduct new employee orientations.
* Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems,
and manual filing systems
* Compulsory Insurances and other HR reports as required by authorities
* Follow procedures related to Expatriates working of company: visa, passport, work permits,
medical expenses
* Ensuring the accurate information reflects in payroll database, verifying, and providing
inputs regarding data and pay changes
* Maintaining confidentially concerning personnel actions, legal actions, termination and non-
renewal documents, and organizational plans
* Providing recommendations to the Director of Human Resources on training programs,
trouble areas, and many other opportunities.
* Matching update passports statements and Labor office and make the necessary additions and
exclusion in accordance with reality.
