Operation Functions:
o Direct and control all Mall Operations as per the advice of Shopping Centers Manager, to ensure that profitability targets are achieved and that full utilization is made of Mall area and staff while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency.
o Maintain a close liaison with existing and potential customers to ensure that they are completely satisfied with the service provided.
o Assisting Shopping Centers manager in Directing and guiding staffs to ensure that harmonious working relationships are maintained and to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated to carry out their responsibilities to the highest standards
o Follow up the sales activities with regard to the shops, the hypermarket, administration department, marketing, purchase department and finance department as well in order to insure the influence and the productivity of the operations to achieve the targets.
o Follow-up with other organizations unit such as store, human resource, marketing
o Human Resource related activities for the staff (evaluation, training, and allocation.)
o Ensure that all the administrative and support functions required for the efficient running of daily operation of the Malls are available
o to ensure the marketing plans to include advertising, PR, events, direct marketing, and sales promotions effectively executed.
o Evaluate customer satisfaction and take necessary steps to enhance the same
o Assist in approving and disapproving all marketing and advertising activities conducted in the malls and about the malls.
o Planning and assisting in the implementation of display themes, festivals and promotions for the malls
Planning and Budgeting :
o Establish Objectives and Plans for continual improvement of the malls performance as per the direction of Shopping Centers Manager
o Establish the annual budget based on the Mall Strategy and the approved initiatives and the business plan as well
o Establish and Implementing new policies & Ideas for improving mall performance
o Develop human Resource strategy, and implementing the Human Resource Plan
o Implementing the KPI’s Reports and operation reports
o Developing and the ERP System required for the All operation in the Mall and Human resource
