▫ Plan, develop and maintain all materials and products used for the company.
▫ Manage the flow of inventory and ensure products are properly shipped to customers
▫ Digitize, maintain the develop items master list on SAP that included establishing a
mechanism to code, categorize and classify the items.
As a part of the partnership between Aldara Hospital and Medical Center and Henry Ford Health System, I worked at the biggest four Henry Ford Hospitals in Detroit, West Bloomfield, Macomb and Wyandotte and was exposed and trained in different areas at Supply Chain Management Department such as; Logistics, Procurement, Systems, and Contract Sourcing.
▫ Process all action plans received from project managers.
▫ Provide team members with all necessary equipment to complete assigned tasks.
▫ Provide project managers with supporting analysis.
▫ Provide “Work Plan” training sessions to team members.
▫ Ensure the implementation of “Work Plan” has gone through as planned.
▫ Guide the team and ensure that all difficulties were resolved in a professional manner.
