- Generate and analyse of traffic reports to ensure adherence to set KPIs and
regulations.
- Ensure SLA and KPIs fulfillment, and apply corrective actions to treat abnormal
conditions or performance trends: network alarm management, response time
and interpretation of alarms to determine impact and restoration.
- Provide effective level 2 support functions to NOC e.g. provide specialized
technical support to manage complex faults that span from the Core MPLS Nodes
and IP/MPLS service boundaries.
- Configuration in Routers, Switches and firewalls as per requirement.
- Troubleshooting, Alarm analysis & fault analysis for any problem in MPLS
switches or routers.
- End to End troubleshooting of all the BGP and IGP issues and ensuring Qos issues
like, latency, throughput, as well as policy routing and traffic engineering are
acceptable as per requirement.
- Trouble-ticket resolution and ensuring network element stability and
functionality of the IP/MPLS network.
- Support and follow-up migrations, software upgrades and all networkchanges.
- Support with testing of new design & architectures, perform network
configuration changes, migrations, pre and post configuration tests forplanned

- Responsible for transition of all IP based projects from delivery to
maintenance phase.
- Preparation of High and Low Level Designs for IP modernizationproject
- Extensive experience in the planning and deployment of IP based
connectivity solution such IPSEC Remote Access VPN or Site-Site VPN,
DMVPN, GRE, L2VPN and L3VPN across enterprise and serviceprovider

- Directly worked with field engineers to offer assistance in handling and troubleshooting
transmission path problems as well as network nodes such as Add and Drop

- First line resolution of customer complaints with regards to LAN/WAN problems
as well as internet access on network by GLO 1 client

infrastructure and the requirement in order to integrate them to the GLO 1
network
