• Coordinate sales and business initiatives and integrate sales processes across the
company in the allocated Territory.
• Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective sales
growth strategies and processes.
• Serve as the thought leader for sales in the allocated Territory regarding
product requirements, selling trends, marketing programs and
communications.
• Facilitate feedback to different areas of business regarding client needs,
operational needs, business opportunities, and marketing/sales programs.
• Drive the business in the allocated Territory to achieve and surpass sales and
business goals and objectives
• Provide executive level representation at high-stakes meetings with prospects, clients,
And partners.
• Work closely with Product & Services Marketing.
• Recommend creative selling techniques based on market and product knowledge
• Assist in developing brand identity and recognition in the allocated Territory
• Work with Sales Operations & Sales Leadership to ensure business is transacted
accurately and within pricing guidelines to the highest ethical standards
Assists in Managing the store, staff and customers in the day-to-day operations.
Responsible of the whole layout of the shop.
Maintaining maximum customer service as per company policies and procedures.
Responsible for controlling stock movements of both incoming and outgoing products, ensuring good quality standards and correct quantities are met.
Dealing with whole sale and retail to the frequent customer.(company uniform)
Leads the outlet in suggesting new promotions and ensures that these are implemented by staff to increase sales performance.
Attends to and manages customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions to meet customer satisfaction as per Company policies and procedures.
Assists customers regarding product information in a friendly, professional and convincing manner.
Regularly checking inventory level and prepares requisitions for replenishment of the stocks.
Ensuring the security of storage areas.
Leads the team for conducting inventories in daily basis.
Supervises staff performance, making weekly schedule and tasks.
Sharing good ideas, techniques and guidelines on merchandising strategy to minimize damaged and avoid losses.
