- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Upload, update, maintain, and delete managed devices’ Apps.
• Test and QA new OS releases - Manage deployment process and schedule.
• Manage users and ensure user data is accurate in the MDM.
• Create, configure, and maintain security policies on the MDM and maintain enforcement.
• Provide MDM reporting capabilities and weekly reports to IT Infrastructure Manager.
• Create, update, and maintain users and device owners in the MDM.
• Assess MDM capabilities and provide recommendations on optimization and usage.
• Provide hardware and software support for managed devices as required.
• Works with users to resolve technical issues.
• Perform data, speed, and App usage analysis on managed devices.
• Coordinating with other IT teams to create onboarding processes.
• Create user documentation (guides, Tips, tricks, FAQs) as new features and Apps are deployed.
• Maintain the Enterprise Mobility page under the guidance of the IT Infrastructure Manager.
• Manage Apple DEP and VPP.
• Understand and create different tags and groups by location, department, and use case.
• Maintain a self-service portal.
• Assists with piloting and testing new Apps for enterprise use.
- Handling West Region (Jeddah, Taif, Tabuk, Jizan, Khamis Mushait) to provide the technical support services.
- Managing Fortinet firewalls including Enterprise Management Server 24/7.
- Admin of the Active Directory to Create, Delete and edit Users & Computers.
- Responsible of PBX Elastix IP Phones Server.
- Admin of the File Server to control Storage & Users.
- Responsible for executing all Network training programs.
- Responsible of the MS Office Courses
- Assistance in local network system.
- Assistance in technical support department.
- Assistance in ERP system
