• Assume full responsibility and accountability of the Maintenance Department with regards to its performance, function, contribution, and value- as an integral operational support unit of the Company.
• Develop, plan, initiate and establish an effective maintenance program to ensure that equipment / machines and other Plant facilities are maintained at an optimum level with minimum cost.
• Implement programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness & improvement are followed and understood in the Department.
