♣ Residential Complexes and Schools: Direct the design, construction, and maintenance of 150 schools and the Umm Al-Qasr housing complex in Iraq, along with the Farwaniya and Salmiya residential buildings in Kuwait.
♣ Government and Oil Projects: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Ministry of Education’s buildings, the Ministry of Public Works building, and the Al-Messilah Neighbourhood Centre. Take charge of the design, building, and erecting of Kuwait National Petroleum Company’s (KNPC) Natural Reserve Fence and KNPC’s New Incinerator Stacks that is 110m in height. Organise the development and upkeep of KNPC’s new head office building, club, and spring camp.
♣ Conventional and Automated Multi-Storey Car Park Projects: Supervise the design and construction of multi-storey car parks for the Crystal Tower and the Park Hayat, as well as automated multi-storey car parks at Jahra Court and Farwaniya Court, all in Kuwait.
♣ Healthcare Project: Design and construct a wellness clinic at Bneid Al-Gar in Kuwait.
