Duties and Responsibilities include:
 Preparing Cost budget for all projects.
 Preparing Cost analysis for the projects.
 Supervise the preparation of the Base cash flow and its monthly update and guide
the project team to keep the cash flow in positive direction.
 Forecast of remaining quantities / Costs (ETC) and subsequently EAC.
 Studying of Variation Orders and Evaluation of its Impact on Cost.
 Preparing Monthly Cost Forecast for each Cost Category.
 Manage the Projects cash flow in order to maintain the Company Cash Flow in
positive.
 Control and monitor material, equipment and manpower costs.
 Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation
 Attend project meetings and discussions with PM staff and clients
 Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a
monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
 Reviewing of client & subcontractors Invoices and claims.
 Provide KPI’s and advice to the PM team as and when required using earned
value technique.

Initiation of cost control and planning system
 Preparing Cost analysis for the projects.
 Preparing Baseline schedule.
 Supervise the preparation of the Base cash flow and its monthly update and guide
the project team to keep the cash flow in positive direction.

• Managing more than 50 technicians, foremen, supervisors and specialists to fulfilled customers' needs.
• Manage the piping process of natural gas for domestic, industrial and commercial sectors.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• Continual improving for customer satisfaction rank.
