 Successful track record at building and presenting concepts/programs for clients and new business opportunities .
 Direct management experience of team comprised of 10 or more.
 Proven track record of showing improvement in cost, quality and cycle time metrics in a creative environment .
 Understands components, cycle times and production and distribution requirements of print, web and video/multimedia deliverables.

 Issuing sales invoices to all customers as the dispatch booking the load.

 Follow up the no of days of receivable by every customer to insure adherence to policy.

 Calculating and controlling cost of sales against budget and justify variation.
 Matching GIS with invoices received from vendors.
 Creating required accrual against missing invoices.
 Preparing daily journal entries.
 Reconciling monthly balance every month with all vendors.
 Cost allocation by business unit.
 Balance reconciliations between Vendors and Customers.
 Revising Weekly Bank Reconciliations.
 Assist in EBIT reconciliation.
 Budget preparation.
 Helping the Finance and controlling manager in preparing the Budget and forecast.
 Analyzing financial statements and preparing financial ratios and required analysis.

 Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
 Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
 Completes audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
 Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires; recommending new policies and procedures.
 Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditors.
 Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
